Scorpion was a proficient martial artist, and was capable of emitting a fire stream from his mouth. He reanimated his dead body, and combined with the mystics of his martial arts techniques he was effectively immune to proton fire. Dr. Nash and Dr. Masterson devised a unique and effective way of countering that: the Neutrona Saber, which allowed the entity to be seperated from his corpus and contained.
